 Bobby Sweet and Abe Guthrie

August 7, 2018

We are pleased to welcome Bobby Sweet and Abe Guthrie back!  A Berkshire native and sixth-generation musician who has performed with top country and folk artists including Willie Nelson, Vince Gill, Arlo Guthrie and Pete Seeger. Stylistically, his music resides somewhere between Jackson Browne, John Prine, and a countryfied Bruce Springsteen. Bobby will be performing as duo featuring Abe Guthrie, a multi-faceted, talented artist and son of Arlo Guthrie.

Phil Henry Acoustic Trio (PHAT)

August 21, 2018

Phil Henry is the breath of fresh air needed to keep a modern folk music scene alive. Rather than penning songs of exploitation, self- confession or heart ache, Henry harks from a tradition of musicians as story-tellers. His knack for creating lifelike characters, vivid scenes and distinctive places has been described as “cinematic.”
